About Morning Ledger
Morning Ledger is an independent editorial reference about bullet journaling, daily planning systems, and habit tracking. The writing is aimed at people running a household alongside everything else, with particular attention to how these paper-based methods hold up across a Canadian year.
What this site is
A small set of reference articles, kept current and cross-linked. The tone is descriptive rather than promotional. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing being sold here; the articles exist to explain methods clearly and note where they tend to break.
How sources are handled
The methods described trace to publicly documented sources, including Ryder Carroll's bullet journal method and widely published writing on time blocking and habit formation. Where a precise statistic or study cannot be verified, the text stays descriptive and avoids inventing figures. If you spot an error, the contact form on the home page is the place to flag it.
